An Agreement between SUST and French Embassy in Khartoum
Sudan University of Science and Technology (SUST) signed an agreement with the French Embassy in Khartoum and the International Francophone Agency to train the university professors. The vice-chancellor, Professor Rashid Ahmed Mohamed Hussein signed on the behalf of SUST and Mr. Jean-Noel Pallio signed on the behalf of the French Embassy. The agreement aims at qualifying instructors of French languages. Professor Rashid said that the training targeted about 20 instructors in the period between July and October in different batches, adding that these courses funded by the Embassy.
Dean of the Deanship of Distance Learning, Dr. Ahmed Hamed, confirmed that the agreement came within the framework of training courses for the requirements of French language teachers and the unification of French Language courses in the Sudanese universities.
